We were commissioned by Giordana Cycling to capture the one of a kind cycling scene in Vancouver, British Columbia for their Places We Love campaign. We were honoured to be chosen to show off our backyard and it was one of our favourite shoots of the year.
APPROACH
For Places We Love, Giordana has partnered with photographers around the world with locations such as Italy, South Africa, New York City and Vancouver. They give the reins to the local photographer that knows the best locations and local cyclists. We love this model as it allows the photographer to own the production in the place they know best. With assistance from Giordana HQ this direction creates authentic and strong imagery.
